Hay. Another tiring, stressful, and DISAPPOINTING day.

Yes, my dear friends. I, again, has experienced today how it is to be an accounting idiot.

We had our Errors - Cash - Accounts Receivable - Inventories - Investments quiz today (Auditing Problems) and I did a very horrible job.

4 problems, 35 questions. And what's worse is that the last problem had 18 questions on it. And if you commit a mistake on one of them, well -- screw you -- you'll get the rest of the questions wrong!

Eherm, maybe that's why our professor said "Wag na kayong mag-aral, matulog nalang kayo ng maaga...". It's not an implication that the test will be friggin' easy but she actually means the opposite -- that you won't be able to answer anything even if you've already answered all the books, quizzers and Auditing Problems reviewers that exist. I dunno if it's just me who had great difficulty, and if ever I'm really the only one, well, you may call me imbecile and stupid.

And the words in the questionnaire said "No Erasures". Since I was already panicking, I wrote the answer for no.7, 8 and 9 on the no.8, 9 and 10 blanks. Horrified, I immediately approached my professor...

Me: Ma'am, pwede po bang mag-erasure (due to the nervous breakdown even my Tagalog's got gramatically incorrect!) kasi po yung sagot ko sa no.7,8 at 9 eh nasulat ko sa no.8,9,10
Prof: *blankly looks at my almost-blank paper and then gives me a nod *

...then I realized, showing her my stupid answers was pretty funny because she might think "kahit naman hindi ka magka-slide ka sa mga sagot mo eh mali parin yung mga answers mo" . Haha. So embarassing. She's gonna see my dumb answers anyway when she starts checking the papers. That made no difference.

My 2nd quiz was already fine (Errors - Cash - Accounts Receivable) because I got a stunning 76 (stunning?! PRAISE THE LORD! 65's good enough for me -- for as long as it is a passing grade) and it somehow raised my average to 60. But then again, my stupidity in analyzing accounting problems kicked in again and I believe I'll get a worse score than the 44 (or should I say 22?) I had on my first quiz. Nyay.

Oh well, I must strive hard to pass my Prelims Examination. Or else my graduation march this May will be thwarted.

Anyway, thank GOD for the 76 !!!
