Friday. 9 AM. We attended Nescafe "Coffee 101" at the office.

The sort-of seminar was quite interesting -- it is about the origins of coffee, its health benefits, and of course, the perks of drinking coffee (aka Nescafe)...so that if ever we'll be asked by some people about the coffee product, as a Nestle employee we'll be able to answer their queries.

The speaker was really good -- he's a bigwig at the company, and he's cool because he's sooo passionate about the product. He's already retired, and mind you, he's conducting these seminars for no talent fee -- he's sooooo into coffee.

9AM sharp -- the seminar started. Sir R is already discussing some facts. He decided to start the seminar kahit hindi pa kumpleto. At around 9:30 AM, the door opened. Shempre, instinct na natin na tumingin sa pinto kapag ganun. To my surprise, it was HIM. Damn, I did not react. Then to my surprise, he sat next to me. Deadmatology 101 on the outside, heart wreaking havoc on the inside (LOL).

I admit, I still have feelings for him, but the current situations' have prompted me to get a hold of myself and get a good grip on reality.

We talked, we laughed. That's it. I never looked at him.

And then I realized, yes, I still have feelings for you. But unlike before, now I can handle myself. And now, the hell I care about what you'll think about me.

Oh well, off to the road of recovery. LOL
